Inventory Control Specialist

This position is responsible for Inventory Management, inventory coordination and organization of inventory process to have ready for shipment when needed
1. Costing work orders for all lines in flooring Manufacturing.
2. Making skus and labels
3. Making work order schedules for all of manufacturing.
4. Updating schedules with new skus
5. Correcting tags and work orders due to manufacturing staff errors
6. Costing lumber and raw material receivers
7. Troubleshooting and assisting with ISIS inventory control management system 8. Process all claims once they have been entered in system and signed off on.
9. End of Month: balance Lumber account, do a re-costing process in ISIS, balance work order history, and balance inventory through a roll forward process
10. Physical inventory:
11. Research tags and invoices for bank auditors
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
1. Keeps Inventory of all product and skus

2. Make sure right inventory is listed in proper software and computer program

3. Check inventory when shipments go out

4. Ensure drivers have right pickup number

5. Ensure all paperwork and estimates are correct
6. Take picture after loaded
7. Check traps and straps before driver signs paperwork
Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION
High School or above

EXPERIENCE 1 year

REQUIRED SKILLS Read, Writing and good math skills. Able to organize head of time of loadingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
