Develop QA guidelines and implement control standards throughout the Shamrock Plank Flooring facilities in the efforts to control the production processes while developing & implementing procedures to insure the control specifications remain consistent with the integrity of the finished product in accordance with Shamrock Plank Flooring. This position is the Supervisor / gate keeper and the point of contact for all vendor inbound materials into Shamrock Plank Flooring facilities to insure quality and product compliance is adhered too prior to operations taking or using materials within the process of manufacturing flooring. Training of all employees in the use and understanding of the quality tools and documents supplied to include yet not limited to process control documents and procedures within each work center.
DUTIES
Evaluate work cells and determine the correct process and procedure for all SKUs that pass through that work cell.
a. Create and document correct process for all products (Shamrocks Manufacturing Matrix).
b. Train all shift operators and supervisors on operating procedures and how they can access information in the process books and or specification sheets.
c. Train all responsible QA personnel and supervisors in the proper procedures that are to be followed including the documentation processes.
d. Make recommendations for disciplinary action or employee replacement if observations are not satisfactory or indicate a lack of ability and understanding.
Monitor Milling / Moulders / End Matchers operators along with Quality Assurance personnel to insure the accurate usage and understanding of all measuring instruments issued to those departments.
Reviewing all reports per department and shift to insure finish good profiles integrity is accurate to the profiles being milled.
Document, track with reason codes all plant falldown by product group.
Monitor plant R.H. readings as well as finish good M.C. levels on a monthly basis.
Develop a certified calibration program for all measuring tools that are issued to the floor. This is to include yet not limited to quarterly checks and updated certification of those tools.
Review all in bound raw materials to insure that they meet or exceed quality specifications prior to consumption.
a. Continuous testing of M.C. of fancys or top decors both blocks & lamellas as well lumber milled and un-milled including multiply substrates Russian birch etc.
b. Controlled testing of glue spread rates and bonds on all laminating process work cells and document costing per sq. ft.
c. Controlled testing of finish applications being applied by the Diamond finishing line in Hernando and document costing per sq. ft.
Process Control Engineering (R&D) of all new concepts that would be introduced into manufacturing.
a. Document the complete project, including but not limited to a complete listing of concept steps through the plant flow.
Produce and control all test samples through the factory in order to meet completion deadlines.
a. Samples will be produced through the utilization of plant supervision and product schedule.
Track all V.O.C. for Shamrock Plank Flooring and submit monthly report to the Human Resources Department.
Interface with production set-up personnel to insure that the production process set-up matrix works well and compliments the technical flow matrix to insure efficient machine operation.
Other projects will be assigned from time to time and are well within the scope of this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
