PURPOSE:
Assist with the daily operations of the Materials and Aftermarket departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Complete International commercial invoices
Schedule FedEx/DHL/US Mail pickups as well as complete the paperwork
Inventory duties such as cleaning up the over issue reports and error reports in KBM system database.
Handling and filing of department paperwork.
Assisting with customer /CSR requests through email correspondence.
Daily review of production shop floor locations (bins etc.) to forecast parts shortages.
Cycle Count and help improve the accuracy of inventories in shop floor locations.
Assist with timely processing of shop floor transactions
Assist with work order processing and creation of work order packets.
Help with the timely reporting and monitoring of non-conformed, scrap and material deviations.
Interface with planner(s) as needed when shortages arise.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel: and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit: climb or balance: and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 90 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Required
Experience:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
