Manager. Responsible for implementation of designs within operational cost, timing, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing parameters. Duties may vary in accordance with program placement. Interior Systems include:
Instrument Panel
Soft and HardTrim
Consoles
Doors
Seats/Belts
Duties: Knowledge of interior materials and joining techniques.
Designs components / assemblies to provide maximum customer value and vehicle function. The responsibility of a D&R engineer is to ensure that the product they are working on satisfies all customer (end users of
vehicles
and manufacturing plants) needs (cost, weight, and function).
Analyzes data to develop new designs for automotive components.
Alters or modifies designs to obtain specified functional and operational performance.
Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
Performs failure mode effect analysis (FMEA's), design for assembly (DFA) and manufacturing (DFM), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) activities for components and systems.
Responsible for ensuring that the supplier is delivering an acceptable product.
Acts as the system integrator of the Full Service Supplier's (FSS) component/subsystem design.
Utilizes and reinforces APQP and provide updates.
Complies with requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Reviews testing activities on components and equipment under designated conditions to ensure operational performance meets design specifications.
Identifies concerns and initiates corrective actions through verification relating to product and process.
Initiates preventative and continuous improvement actions relating to product and process.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
