0 Horn Lake, MS Horn Lake, MS Full-time Full-time $16 - $18 an hour $16 - $18 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments - Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with data entry, order entry, and other clerical tasks as needed - Transcribe documents and proofread for accuracy - Utilize computer software to perform various tasks Requirements - Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
